Booking Information

Adults £25/night (£30/ night to include a return daily shuttle)

Children (under 13) £15/night (£20/ night to include a return daily shuttle).

Infants (under 2) no charge

Dogs (any age!) no charge

We run shuttles mornings and evenings, at set times. Add this to your booking for a return lift each day.

Please note the campsite is only open during the dates for the events listed below. Bookings outside of these dates will not be possible.

**Hereward Way Camping is not part of Burghley Estate, any event tickets will need to be purchased directly from the event organisers**

Campsite open: 1st - 7th September 2026

We open our pop up campsite for the Defender Burghley Horse Trials and offer tent pitches, Caravan, Horse Lorry and Campervan parking.

On the doorstep of Burghley, we are a 5 minute drive or a 35 minute walk away and can run shuttles for a small fee.

The nearest entrances are Entrance 8 or Pilsgate Lodge.

Hot shower facilities are available morning and evening.

Outside these hours there will be cold water showers.

Portable loos are available all hours.
